GEARWRENCH Mechanics Hand Tools are designed, engineered, and tested to withstand the toughest of jobs, but we know that life happens and if your Mechanic Hand Tool breaks you need a replacement fast. We do not care how old your GEARWRENCH Mechanics Hand Tool is, there is no time limit on our warranty.
No Receipts Required
GEARWRENCH knows that you do not have time to save receipts. If you own a GEARWRENCH Mechanics Hand Tool, we are there to back it up with our support.

Torque Products
GEARWRENCH Torque Products are precision tools that contain moving parts. These components are subject to normal wear through use, and service and replacement is the responsibility of the buyer. Torque Products should be routinely checked for calibration at an Authorized Service Center using GEARWRENCH repair parts.

Product meeting warranty criteria will be repaired or replaced. GEARWRENCH Torque Products must be sent to a GEARWRENCH Authorized Service Center for warranty evaluation.

NOTE: This Warranty shall not apply to Products which have been misused, abused, damaged by accident or otherwise, repaired by anyone other than an Authorized Repair Center or modified by anyone other than Apex Tool Group and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this Warranty is, at the option of Apex Tool Group, repair or replacement of the defective Product. How the Warranty or Replacement Process Works Through the Warranty Form
Follow these easy steps to determine your warranty eligibility.
Fill out this warranty form will all required details.
The warranty form will ask you to fill out two categories of information before you hit submit. The first section is the product information section.
You will need to include these five things in the Product Information section:
- The item number
- Photos of the tool or equipment
- Copy of your receipt (if applicable)
- A message detailing the problem
- Where you purchased the item from
- First and Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home or company address
- City
- Zip Code
- Country
